Everything about this hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable, convenient, very well serviced, friendly, incredibly polite and accomodating front desk staff (as are all Japanese folk). The hotel offered free drinks from 5pm to 8.30 pm - spirits, beer, pre- mixed cocktails, wine and soft drinks, as well as all day tea and coffee and ice cream. From 9pm - 10pm they served up free ramen, which was delicious. The onsen was open until late in the evening, too. The hotel was within a minute of a metro station, and within a short walk to ‘restaurant Central’, where there were some excellent eating places, as well as a shopping street, This was such a good find- I don’t think we could have found anything better in Osaka.

This was an excellent hotel, it was clean, in a great location to get everywhere and near the train station (if you are arriving via train take exit 2 and use the lift if you don't want to drag suitcases up the stairs and it's a short walk across the road). The room size was decent we stayed in a room with 3 single beds. The staff were friendly and the bonus was the nightly beer, ramen and ice cream. Close to combini such as 7 eleven and Lawson's. If you are a fan of using onsens, the hotel has one, separate for males and females. Great view of the area up on the Sky garden level 18. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The friendly and helpful staff and the hot spring onsen is exceptional!! The breakfast has amazing variety, and the evening free alcohol and ramen/ice cream and soda cocktails for kids is great! The WiFi could be better, but maybe that was due to me staying on 17F. I stayed in a twin single with me and my 10 year old l. The room was really clean and cosy, the shower was great on both pressure and temperature. Perhaps a touch on the small side but it was great for what we needed. The beds were comfortable but I do prefer softer pillows. Over all a great stay thank you.

Amazing staff! Very helpful with early checking. Ice cream for free is amazing, though the selection is small (vanilla and chocolate). Ramen from 9-10pm was great for our budget, though we then had the same dinner all of our nights. Juice, cocktails, and other drinks ready at all times. Breakfast was good, and included a broad selection. Beds amazingly comfy. Great amount of control for the lights. onsen was great, and it was easy to book a private room (though clothing is not permitted here). Close to a metro and train station. 13 minute walk from a train going directly to KIX airport.

Children stays for free. My son loved the breakfast. Some people complain that its noisy and crowded in the eating area but if you are there with kids and family and a group of friends, its a nice cafeteria setting. No worrying about making too much noise. Location was close to transit which was great, and my son loved the onsen. Onsen and massage chairs got busy at night, but if you go in the morning, its very quiet and relaxing. Lego for borrowing for kids was a plus, and I like how they had all these kids items available.
